hear hear.. in fact its not enough for level 1 complaints until its resolved it should be $1000 every normal clock 24 hours not this stupid business hours crap and part of that money should be paid to the customer as compensation, then goes up $4000 a day until its resolved etc it needs to be done so its cheaper for companies to fix it the first time.
